"I have been very satisfied with the products and service provided by your store. "I would like to let you know of the great service I received from your repair center in South Florida. A gentleman named "Raul" handled my repairs in the most professional manner. He was courteous and very responsive throughout the entire repair process. Raul should be recognized for his commitment to customer service. "I consulted Tweeter about a home theater and built-in whole-home sound system as part of a home renovation project. Your store manager took a great deal of time with us to understand our needs and help us understand the options. They then visited our house on a Tuesday and put together a proposal for this very elaborate system in time for us to take advantage of Massachusetts' tax-free weekend on Saturday.
