How Does the In-Home Consultation Process Work?

The in-home consultation is part of our system-design process. It goes like this:

• We'll visit your home, and figure out what you want to do, where the gear will fit, and what you want the system to look like.
• We'll go back to the store and design a system that fits you and your house
• We'll give you an easy-to understand proposal, complete down to every wire, with a fixed price. Make all the changes you want.
• If you like, you can visit the store to see the gear we're recommending, and to make choices.
• We'll install the system using our own installers. If it takes more than one day, we'll come back every day until it's done.
• We'll visit again, and show you how to use it.

We're trying to make sure this doesn't have to be a big research project on your part (unless you're into that sort of thing). In essence, we'll show you what you could do, and you tell us what you'd like to do. We'll take care of the rest!
