We're great at system design, and we can install your home theater so well that it will look like it came with the house. How do we know that? We install all our own theaters in our stores- so come in and see what we can do. And our installers are our own employees, so you don't have to worry about subcontractors working in your home. These are our guys, and they'll treat your house carefully, right down to wearing booties on their feet to protect your floors while they work on your system.

Our salespeople are really into the gear. For example, every single one of them has an iPod; they don't want to be without music even for an instant. And they're trained to within an inch of their professional lives! We do thousands and thousands of hours of training each year, so when you have a question like "What's the real difference between LCD and plasma TVs?" we can answer them in a hurry.
